in my shoes

considering the fact that i can sometimes fit my feet into a size 4 and a half, i guess my scope is just quite small.
so being in a new year: let me just put my tiny feet into all your shoes. to feel what you feel to try and see what you see, because in actual fact i think that's all i can see now. i just cant see for myself. maybe i'm shoe-less.
new perspectives i call it:
this year started off with muhammad yunus i guess. the nobel peace prize guy who started micro-credit. after reading the book it gave me a new view about being an economists. its not all about the money and earning money. what about the poor that we never study about. what can our high interest rates, strict bank regulatory systems make the world a better place. so now i'm taking developmental economics and finally there is this lecturer that is telling me that its not the income that matters but the functioning. i still have so much more to learn.
of course things are getting rather complicated at where i am living at the moment. still remember when i use to complain about people lying to me just to prove something. this few days have made me realize that everyone is doing what they do best and they may be lying acting or whatever. but everyone is trying their best to be at their best. what can i say if u have cheated. blame it on human instinct? what can i say if you are gay. blame it on the world today? there are too many possibilities that one person is behaving this way and i promise i will try to listen before i judge because there is still too much for me to learn. way too much.
