lets all hold our hands, sit in an awkwardly cross-legged position and reflect. because the gravitational pull of the earth is more than usual today.
if i didnt remember wrongly it is about 9.8 m per second square on a usual day. but today, a normal wednesday the gravitational pull has gone up to almost 10.4m per second. everyone boards the bus at a much slower pace at 1pm. everyone walks a little slower at the canteen. so while our synapses are creating connections at a much slower rate due to this greater pulling force --
i realise something. even though we use to say that as we grow older, obtained more knowledge, get more experienced and definitely more mature. BUT this is not the case. i realise a small toddler that walked pass me knows so much more than me. because they already know what they need to know while i, being a grown up, knows so little as compared to what i am suppose to know. sigh. in retrospect, law of diminishing returns sets in, ceteris paribus. yikes.
